·  An initial consultation in the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to yourself to:-

- discuss your requirements and advise you accordingly

- explain the role of Executors, Trustees, Guardians

- take your formal instructions for the preparation of your Will

·  Writing and thermal binding of your Will and complimentary copy Will

·  A second home visit to:

- explain your Will to you and answer any questions you may have 

- supervise the correct attestation (signing & witnessing) of your Will

- act as one of your witnesses if required

·  A search of the Land Register to confirm your method of property ownership

·  Fact sheets for your executors / trustees / guardians (if required)
